Company ProfileBeth K. Whittenbury is a Real Estate Broker, not an agent. As such, she can run her own firm and set her own fee structure. As a Realtor, Beth brings years of real estate investing experience to each transaction. Beth is also an attorney who has taught real property and contracts at the college level for several years as part of her business law class. Therefore, Beth can go beyond the boilerplate in both explaining and drafting real estate documents to suit your needs. Beth is a member of the Palos Verdes Board of Realtors, with a Palos Verdes Specialist Designation, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the California Bar Association and a licensed attorney. She is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation a distinction available only to 1/3 of the top 1% of attorneys practicing in each state. She is also a member of the Pt. Vicente PTA Board, the Executive Board of her church, and the Palos Verdes Art Center.
